Le Roy Paris 1850. Made musical boxes and musical clocks and watches with automata over a long period. A famous clockmaking family first established in 1686. A flute-playing clock bearing this name is in the Palace of Versailles. He also made clocks with singing birds and also the `Marie Antoinette´ organ clock.
